An annual boiler service to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty (if the appliance is still under warranty)
- Phone Support
Phone support, if you feel there is something wrong with the plumbing or heating in your property you can give us a call and we can try and help you resolve the problem over the phone. If we can’t resolve the issue over the phone, we can arrange for one our engineers to attend your property (charges will apply)

Central Heating
Central heating, all radiators, radiator valves and zone valves within your property are covered and will be replaced if they cannot be repaired. (Terms and conditions apply)

Plumbing
The labour to repair or replace where necessary all internal hot and cold-water pipework is included, this also covers labour for replacement taps and showers. (Terms and conditions apply)

Gas Supply Pipe
The gas supply pipework within your property is covered for repair/replacement in the event of a gas escape. (Terms and conditions apply)
